CHICAGO – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 25,000 square foot office renovation for Baird & Warner at 120 S. LaSalle Street in Chicago.
Founded in 1855, Baird & Warner is Chicagoland’s largest, locally owned independent residential real estate services company with nearly 2,000 broker associates in 25 offices. The firm hired J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete the 25,000 square foot renovation to their prestigious Loop office, which included demolition of the existing office to re-configure and create an open-office environment. The construction included the addition of new conference rooms, private offices, break rooms and a kitchen. Baird & Warner’s space also features all new flooring, paint, lighting, AV upgrades as well as high-end millwork throughout.

In conjunction with this Loop build-out, J.C. Anderson, Inc. also completed a 20,000 square foot build-out for Baird & Warner’s Title Services and Key Mortgage offices located at 475 N. Martingale Road. J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s William Burfeind was the project executive and Jason Hawkins was the senior project manager. Architectural services were provided by NELSON.
