CHICAGO, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 50,000 square foot remodel on behalf of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
Located at 70 West Madison in Chicago, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney provides clients with financial consulting and retirement services. Their internal construction manager selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete renovations for the office situated on the 51st and 52nd floors. The phased remodel included the construction of millwork office fronts with tinted glass, fabric wall-coverings, raised flooring and carpet tile throughout. J.C. Anderson, Inc. also implemented a new ceiling with direct/indirect lighting.
