ELMHURST, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 45,000 square foot office renovation and expansion for Morgan Stanley at 111 S. Pfingsten Road in Deerfield, Illinois.
Founded in 1935, Morgan Stanley is a global financial services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services. J.C. Anderson, Inc. completed renovations on the 2nd and 4th floors of the property. The construction on the 2nd floor included new carpet and paint throughout, along with remodeling of the lobby and reception areas. The 4th floor was a complete gut-rehab and reconfiguration to incorporate new private offices and open work areas.
“It’s always important for us to complete our work with minimal disruption to our client’s operations,” said Seth Erlich, project manager for J.C. Anderson, Inc. “We completed a lot of this work on weekends to ensure Morgan Stanley’s working environment could go undisturbed.”
Erlich was the project manager and Steve Perry was the superintendent for J.C. Anderson, Inc. Wight & Company provided the architectural services. J.C. Anderson, Inc. has completed several projects on behalf of Morgan Stanley throughout the Chicagoland area.
