CHICAGO, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 40,000 square foot interior renovation at 8700 W. Bryn Mawr in Chicago on behalf of Fidelity Life Association.

Fidelity Life is a life insurance company focused on providing financial security for Middle America. The firm is relocating and consolidating its Oak Brook and Rolling Meadows locations within the new space on Bryn Mawr which is owned by GlenStar Properties. The move stems from Fidelity Life’s continued growth and desire to consolidate its offices into one central office. The new location includes more office and meeting space which was built-out by J.C. Anderson, Inc.

Joe Maguire was the project manager for J.C. Anderson, Inc., lead the team including Superintendent Glen Panfil, that completed the work on-time and within budget. DePalma Group provided the architectural services.
