ELMHURST, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 38,000 square foot interior renovation at 333 E. Butterfield Road in Lombard, Illinois on behalf of the America Utility Management (AUM). J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected for the project by the building owner, Jones Lang LaSalle.
AUM specializes in improving the energy and management efficiency of residential and commercial properties. The firm is relocating from neighboring Oak Brook, Illinois and will occupy two floors of the Lombard office property. J.C. Anderson, Inc. was contracted to complete the full rehabilitation and complete build-out of the two floors while adhering to an aggressive relocation schedule. Additionally, J.C. Anderson, Inc. was responsible for the strategic coordination of switching the networks seamlessly to the new location.
J.C. Anderson, Inc. completed the construction on time and within budget, including the installation of a new ceiling system with new lighting, diffusers, grid and tile as well as the build-out of a new server room, conference/training areas and open work spaces. The project also featured high-end finishes such as millwork with solid surfaces, hard tile and wood flooring. Steve Boulukos was the principal and Dan Burnette was the project manager overseeing the project for J.C. Anderson, Inc. PGAI Design Partners, LLC provided the architectural services.
