ELMHURST, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 35,000 square foot build-out for the Career Education Corporation (NASDAQ:CECO) within Parkway Corporate Place of Schaumburg, Illinois. J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected for the project by the property manager, CB Richard Ellis.

Located at 915 National Parkway in Schaumburg, J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected to demolish all of the equipment and finishes of the existing suite and build-out an entirely new space for Career Education Corporation’s headquarters. The organization is relocating to Schaumburg from Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The new suite, constructed by J.C. Anderson, Inc. as part of the Career Education Relocation Project, features new ceilings, flooring, offices, training rooms and break rooms.

Daniel Tannhauser, project manager for J.C. Anderson, Inc., led the construction team for the firm. IA Interior Architects provided the architectural services.
