Elmhurst, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has recently completed an 18,000 square foot office build-out within a five-week time frame for the new offices of a private insurance company in Schaumburg, Illinois.
J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected to renovate the firm’s new offices at 1375 E. Woodfield Road in the northwest Chicago suburb. The project included the construction of new ceilings, work spaces, private offices, and conference rooms as well as data and training rooms. The firm’s Daniel Tannhauser was the project manager for the build-out and Marty Powers was the project superintendent. Architectural services were provided by Featherstone Consulting Inc. J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected for the project by property manager, Jones Lang LaSalle.
