ELMHURST, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has hired three new team members to join the firm’s growing project management team. Greg Garland has joined the firm as senior estimator, and Matthew L. Kantro and Michael G. Ruffolo have joined the firm as assistant project managers.

We look forward to working with Matt, Mike and Greg and know they will be a valuable addition to our team.”
Garland is a 15 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and a LEED Accredited Professional. He was previously employed as a construction manager with Jones Lang LaSalle. In his new role as senior estimator for J.C. Anderson, Inc., Garland is responsible for overseeing and managing preliminary budgets as well as full project estimations. Garland is also an active Cub Scout Den Leader for Pack 263 in Des Plaines, Illinois.
Kantro and Ruffolo are both recent graduates and will join J.C. Anderson, Inc. as assistant project managers. Their responsibilities will include working with and assisting the project managers and estimators with bidding, project coordination and permitting. Kantro, who completed an internship with J.C. Anderson last summer, recently graduated from Western Illinois University with a double major in Construction Management and Communications. Ruffolo, a Construction Engineering major, recently graduated from Bradley University. He is also an active volunteer with the Lions Club through which he has helped deliver meals for the past 12 years.
